As a Coach, most of the clients I work with are facing some kind of adversity. Sometimes, these difficulties come from within. Other times, they roll on down from the outside world. In all of these situations, a common necessity is discussed. GRIT!
Grit is the strength of character to see you through. Grit is where courage meets resolve, and you become unstoppable!
In a world where difficulty is abounding, it becomes essential for us to develop core character traits that support both our mental and emotional capacity to persevere, endure, and rebalance to a place where we can once again thrive. In the decade of owning my coaching practice, one constant has been true for client success…a client’s ability to produce GRIT, again and again.
To each client, their obstacle is a mountain. I’ve learned that success isn’t measured by how much or how little one has to climb. Success is determined by the character of the person climbing that mountain, and grit is at the heart of this success.
