The text support services offered at Endless Possibilities Life Coaching Services are a unique and convienent way to receive the encouragement and support you may need to help make your goals a reality. Within these service options, I will be checking in with you at various times throughout the week to see how you are doing at reaching the goals you have set for yourself. This could include an encouraging text to exercise and get active during the week, or it may include a reminder to take some much needed and required ‘me time’ for yourself.
