At Endless Possibilities Life Coaching Services, I believe in the integrity and purpose of the work I do with my clients. In keeping to these principles, there are some basic policies and procedures that I adhere by to make sure our time together is positive and healthy for all of the parties involved.
As your life coach, I commit to….
– treating you with respect
– being prepared and on time for our scheduled session
– providing a calm and healing environment
– respecting your confidentiality
You can rest assured that what is discussed within all sessions is private and will be kept between you and your life coach, unless otherwise noted. Please note, the only time this policy may be broken is if a client indicates that they intend to bring harm to themselves or others. In these situations, I will be compelled to inform any necessary parties or authorities of such an indication.
I ask my client to commit to the following…

– to do your part to create a calm and receptive environment
– to do the work
– have patience and honest self-reflection
Practice makes permanent, and change requires a new way of going about things. There may be times when your goals will be best reached by practicing new ways of thinking and behaving. This will require active participation on your part for life-lasting changes to take place.
Change is a process and it takes time to perfect. It is important to remember this. It is equally important to be as open and honest with yourself as is emotionally possible. We are only able to change and move forward toward our goals when we have taken an accurate account of what is actually going on. These are two of the main factors in bringing about life-lasting change. My goal as your life coach is to see you succeed at the sights you’ve set before you.
Office Policies
Cancellation – At Endless Possibilities Life Coaching Services, I understand that things come up and there may be times when you need to cancel your scheduled session time. I ask that you cancel your appointment within 12 hours or more of the scheduled session time. Failure to do so may result in a charge of half of the scheduled session fee.
No Show – A mutual commitment to our time together is an important aspect of effective work toward your goals. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in a fee charge of the full-rate of the scheduled session.
Payment – All payments are due at or prior to the scheduled session time.
Client Behavior – Our time together is important, and I ask that we both take it seriously. I will seek to provide a calm, respectful, and healing environment for us to work within. I ask that you enter our session with an agreement to be respectful, serious about the goals you set forth, non-aggressive in your behavior or any expression of your feelings, and committed to doing the work that may be required outside of our session time. If, for any reason, I feel that our time together violates this agreement or has become ineffective, I reserve the right to end the services of Endless Possibilities Life Coaching Services to you.
